Hi Everyone,
Is everyone in the Holiday spirit yet? I am still doing my Christmas shopping and I still have a lot to do. At least, there are tons of sales in the stores and on-line. I love the on-line shopping. It makes it so easy and most of the stores offer free shipping.

I was just watching the World Series tonight and was so bummed out that it got stopped due to rain. Who do you think is going to win this game? As you know, I want the Phillies to win.
So far, this week is going pretty fast. I worked out at the gym earlier today. My knee was bothering me so I only did 30 minutes on the stepper. I usually like to do a total of 60 minutes and 30 minutes of lifting. I worked out my legs, back and biceps. I always love to work out my legs. It's my favorite body part to train. What's yours?
Hey, did you notice that the price of gas is going down? Today, I tanked up and premium gas at QT was down to $2.91. I was really surprised that it has fallen the far down. Are you getting ready for the start of the world series? I can't believe the first game is tonight. Now, that the Dodgers and the Red Socks are out of it, I had to decide who I was going to cheer for. I decided to back the Phillies. I can't wait to watch the game tonight. Of course, now we have the election around the corner as well. The count down is on! Tell me who you want to win the World Series.
